No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. All returned mechandise must be returned in the original box(es) and packaging, with all original hardware, accessories, and documents such as user booklets, warranty forms and certificates.
All new merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the original shipping date, and in unused condition. Returned merchandise that appears to have been used, or is received in poor or damaged condition will be returned to you with no credit issued at Brady Systems discretion.
A 20% restocking charge plus shipping charges will apply to all returned merchandise, cancelled orders, and orders incorrectly placed by buyers (misapplications) for standard (non-custom or special orders) products.
All merchandise is subject to the individual manufacturer’s warranty only. Brady Systems provides warranty service for METTLER TOLEDO and OHAUS products sold within the Upstate NY and Northern PA areas. Please contact OHAUS directly for warranty services for products sold outside of Upstate NY and Northern PA.

Brady Systems will ship via UPS ground unless otherwise indicated. If you require a different shipping method, would like to ship via your account number or a via third party account, please contact us at 1.800.522.7239 to arrange alternative shipping.
Item prices do not include freight or applicable taxes (unless otherwise noted). Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotations are available for custom systems and special order items.
Credit Card Fraud
Please note that Brady Systems reserves the right to review and cancel any order that we have a strong suspicion of being fraudulent. We will make a good faith effort to contact the consumer for any order inconsistencies and give a reasonable time frame for a response, normally 5 business days. If we do not receive a response from the consumer, we will cancel the order and refund the charges to the credit card used to place the order.
