The new compact counting scale line: ICS445, ICS465, and ICS685 offers seamless integration into your production process as your scale can be individually configured for fast and precise operations according to your needs.
The ICS5 scales feature different applications used in manufacturing industries:
- Simple weighing
- Counting
- Totalizing
- Checkweighing
- Portioning, filling
The ICS445, ICS465 and ICS685 are available in multiple configuration and size options: compact, table, and column mount. Capacities range from 1.5 lbs to 60 lbs. Higher capacities can be achieved by using a multi-scale system or by a custom configuration. Scales have NTEP approved resolutions from 6,000d for analog load cells to 60,000d for the high-precision Monobloc load cell.
All scales feature big bright screens. They can be hooked up to a variety of options, such as barcode/RFID Scanners, external keyboards, light alarms, printers, or computers. Connectivity options include Ethernet and WLAN. The ICS5 family features an optional rechargeable battery that can be removed by the user for remote charging.
