  • Forms of Payment
    • Net terms with approved a credit application
    • Visa – MasterCard – AmEx accepted for orders under $1,500 with no additional fee. Orders greater than $1,500 are subject to a 4% credit processing fee on the total order.
    • Electronic Funds Transfer (ACH)
    • Company or bank check in advance
  • Payment Terms
    • Orders <$15,000 – Net terms with approved credit application on file
    • Orders ≥ $15,000 – with installation services – 50% deposit, 40% upon delivery, 10% upon installation
    • Orders ≥ $15,000 – equipment only – 50% deposit, 50% upon delivery
  • Return Policy

    No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.  All returned merchandise must be returned in the original box(es) and packaging, with all original hardware, accessories, and documents such as user booklets, warranty forms, and certificates.

    All new merchandise must be returned within 20 days of the original shipping date and in unused condition.  Returned merchandise that appears to have been used or is received in poor or damaged condition will be returned to you with no credit issued at Brady Systems’ discretion.

    Custom orders and software orders are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Charges

    A 20% restocking charge plus shipping charges will apply to all returned merchandise, canceled orders, and orders incorrectly placed by buyers (misapplications) for standard (non-custom or special orders) products.

  • Warranties

    All merchandise is subject to the individual manufacturer’s warranty only.  Brady Systems provides warranty service for METTLER TOLEDO and OHAUS products sold within the Upstate NY and Northern PA areas.  Please get in touch with OHAUS for warranty services for products sold outside Upstate NY and Northern PA.

  • Shipping & Freight

    Brady Systems will ship via UPS ground prepaid and will add the charges to the final invoice unless otherwise indicated.  If you require a different shipping method or would like to ship via your account number or a third-party account, please indicate that on your purchase order or contact us at 1.800.522.7239 to arrange alternative shipping.

  • Pricing

    Quotes are valid for 30 days. Item prices do not include freight or applicable taxes (unless otherwise noted).

  • Taxes

    Taxes will be added unless exempt certificates are provided.

  • General Terms

    Unless otherwise noted, the equipment quoted is NOT designed or intended for installation in a hazardous/explosive area, as defined by NFPA70 Nations Electric Code. If the equipment is noted as approved for use in hazardous areas, please refer to the manufacturer’s control drawings for proper use and installation. Determination of area classifications is the sole responsibility of the user.
