METTLER TOLEDO RetailSuite is a modular Software suite that enables grocery retailers to centrally manage their METTLER  TOLEDO scales and wrapping machines across their store network throughout the entire life cycle of the equipment.

RetailSuite ensures seamless integration between the scale infrastructure and the retailer’s ERP system. RetailSuite gives the IT department and the IT helpdesk a centralized tool for rapid remote services, as well as network-wide configuration and software updates.

Data Distribution

Master data is managed centrally, avoiding time-consuming double entry. GateWay streamlines the exchange of data between your ERP system and the scales and wrappers in your stores.

Data Management

Task such as using the keypad to change PLUs or creating playlist for in-store marketing campaigns on the customer displays. Accomplished faster and easier at the Service Counter thanks to WorkBenc and DispalyManager.

Data Updates

Whether managing devices or performing software and configuration changes, the Distribution-Server acts as your central hub for data distribution. Conveniently managed via the DistributionManager client software.

DisplayManager

Take-A-Number (TAN)

Take-A-Number is a compact, interactive touchscreen with ticket printing for queue management, offering data on wait and fulfillment times, along with in-store marketing. Multiple TAN ticket devices can seamlessly transmit data to a single instore server, all controlled by the same software.

Real-Time Transaction Feed (RTTF)

Real-Time Transaction Feed (RTTF) is a secure software solution that facilitates the direct communication of production data from METTLER TOLEDO networked scales and backroom solutions to existing production and store management systems.
